New technology adoption to massively streamline the verification and assurance process needed to successfully reactivate a stacked drilling unit.  Bespoke solution built to improve easy of work, compliance and tracking of the hundreds of tasks needed to ensure the right results are achieved.

Compliance, Accountability, Simplification and TRANSPARENCY were at the heart of this solution, which was deployed for use with iPhones, iPads and of-course PC's

Cloud based solution was deployed using O365, SharePoint, Azure, PowerBi and iOS Apps for iPhones and iPads

iOS Apps built with online / offline capabilities to allow the rig crew to take their work to the decks and allow shoreside manage to work at ease with the tool of choice (iPhone) even when 30,000ft feet up in the air.

Digital Transformation - Operatonal Risk Assessments

Bespoke solution was built to meet the exact requirements of the UK coastal state regulations.

The intuitive solution provide offshore teams with a simple tool to complete the ORA's and then provides offshore leadership and onshore support with clear and precise data showing the combined risks across all Rig(s), systems and major hazard areas.   Drill-able dashboards and reports were built by bringing together ORA data, Safety Critical and Environmental Equipment data and overlaid and calculated using the Major Accident Hazard Matrix.

Vantage Drilling - CRM Simplified.

Contracted award to build a bespoke  solution to manage the Marketing Process for Vantage Drilling.  

Vantage was previously using SalesForce and made the decision that a bespoke solution built to their exact needs, with precise reporting elements and dashboard would improve effectiveness of the department.   The solution was built and deployed within 18 days.

Solution was deployed globally using SharePoint, Azure, O365 and PowerBi elements

Noble Lloyd Noble Drilling Unit - Commences with Statoil

The Noble Lloyd Noble, the largest jack-up rig in the world, is currently positioned over the Mariner jacket and ready to start with it's campaign for Statoil.

Fennex Solutions deployed a "Rig Start-Up Solution" - which was customised to suit Noble's specific requirements for rig delivery and commencement of operations with Statoil.

Rig Start Up Solution - Contract Awarded

Fennex received a contract to deploy a custom solution to help with the delivery and acceptance of a new Hi-Spec Jackup scheduled to start work on the UK continental shelf in Q4 2016.

Solution was successfully deployed in July 2016 – with users spread-out out across three continents and several operational and project offices.

The solution enabled management to see the status of all rig related acceptance and rig start up activities on one live / dynamic dashboard. 

The ability to drill down to the details in just a few clicks enables a rapid response to issues as they occur or to take the right pre-emptive actions to ensure right results.
